Cleaning and passivation are an important part of new chilled or heated closed system installations, these requirements are listed in the installation specification sheets and include removal of:

• Oils and dirt from installation process
• Mild corrosion deposits and iron oxides in new pipework
• Microbiological growth in systems
• Visibly fouled water

 Testing and monitoring of water quality is the key to ensuring you are taking care of your plant and equipment and also the Health and Safety of your work environment. We offer:

• Basic water quality testing of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), pH and inhibitor levels
• HPC (Heterotrophic Plate Count) and Dipslide bacterial testing
• Legionella testing by an independent accredited laboratory
